Sports massage is a specialist deep tissue massage that aims to relieve exercise related aches and pain within muscle and soft tissues. It can be very useful before or after exercise to speed recovery time and enhance performance of muscles.

Our therapists at Complete Physio are highly trained in the application of soft tissue techniques to stimulate or relax muscles.

We give you the opportunity to discuss your specific aims and objectives of the massage with the therapist before treatment (such as specific muscles groups to treat or details about sports or events you might be preparing for).

Also, if you have suffered a particular injury, sports massage is an excellent technique to integrate into your treatment and rehabilitation programme.
