Courtney’s professional passion lies within women’s health physiotherapy, an area she has upskilled on with the Pelvic, Obstetric and Gynaecological Physiotherapy (POGP) society. She particularly enjoys working with the pre & post-natal population, encouraging safe movement and exercise for all. She is trained in internal pelvic floor assessments, treating common pelvic health issues, such as urinary incontinence and prolapse.
She has a broad experience with a variety of client groups, but has a strong interest in sporting injuries, including running. She enjoys incorporating fun and engaging games into rehabilitation for her younger patients.
Courtney uses a holistic approach for each patient, incorporating the importance of psychological and emotional health as part of physical rehabilitation. Courtney uses a combination of manual therapy and dry needling, with a focus on exercise rehabilitation to drive independence during recovery.
