QUALIFICATIONS: BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy, CSP and HCPC registered.

Mark is a very experienced musculoskeletal physiotherapist who specialises in the treatment and management of both new and long-standing injuries. He will guide you through the process of returning to high level sport and exercise after injury or surgery, working with you to build an individualised rehabilitation plan to get you back to your best. Mark complements his rehabilitation programmes with excellent manual therapy skills to help maximize your recovery and manage your symptoms during your rehabilitation journey. He has a particular interest in managing lower limb conditions.

He uses his in-depth knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics and pairs this with strength training and rehabilitation principles to help you reach your maximum potential. He has a keen interest in physical performance, with a background in physiology and sports science prior to completing his physiotherapy degree. Mark has taken his education further and is currently completing his MSc in Advanced Musculoskeletal Practice at Brunel University and PG Cert in Musculoskeletal Ultrasound.

Part of Mark’s NHS role is as a First Contact Practitioner for Homerton University Hospital and several GP practices in London, where he manages patients with a variety of health conditions. He is also highly experienced in treating spinal conditions and, through his work in the NHS, he regularly liaises with the neurosurgery teams at the Royal London Hospital and orthopaedic teams at the Homerton to deliver the best possible care and outcomes.
