Cancellation Policy: Complete Physio have a minimum 24 hour notice policy for cancellations or to change an appointment. This means that patients who do not give at least 24 hours notice will be charged at the full session price. Privately Insured: Please note that all insurance companies including BUPA/AXA/Simply Health and Pru Health do not pay for missed sessions.
