Chelsea Sherry – Tau

Chelsea graduated from Auckland University of Technology with a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy.  She then ventured to Melbourne, Australia, where she worked in a private musculoskeletal clinic. In this dynamic role, she had the privilege of working with a diverse clientele, ranging from individuals with lower back pain to those in various stages of pre- and post-surgical rehabilitation, providing care for the elderly, as well as athletes, and individuals from all walks of life.  She subsequently re-located to London to continue her career and further develop her expertise in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and rehabilitation.

Chelsea has accumulated extensive experience treating sports-related injuries, guiding post-surgical rehabilitation, and developing strength and conditioning programmes, with a particular focus on tendinopathy management and lower limb injuries. Chelsea takes an active approach to rehab, integrating evidence-based exercise therapy, manual therapy, and movement retraining to help patients achieve their goals.

Through her career in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, Chelsea discovered the transformative power of clinical Pilates, and as a result she is now close to completing her Polestar Pilates Comprehensive certification.  She has naturally integrated this into her clinical practice to provide personalised care, tailoring treatment to the unique goals of her clients, and supporting active and healthy lifestyles.

Chelsea currently splits her time between Complete Physio and Complete Pilates, providing both clinic-based treatments and home visit physiotherapy.

Outside of work, Chelsea is a keen CrossFit enthusiast, which has given her a deep understanding of strength training, injury prevention, and performance optimisation.
