Chelsea Sherry-Tau – Chartered Physiotherapist

Chelsea Sherry – Tau
Chelsea’s journey into physiotherapy began in New Zealand, where she graduated from Auckland University of Technology with a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy. She then moved to Melbourne, Australia, working in a busy private musculoskeletal clinic, before relocating to London to further develop her expertise in rehabilitation and injury management.
Chelsea has a particular clinical interest in tendon injuries, especially Achilles and patella tendons, and has worked alongside consultant sports physiotherapist Jarrod Antflick to deepen her knowledge in managing complex tendon conditions. She also enjoys working with children aged 8 years and above, supporting their growth, development, and rehabilitation needs, having undertaken previous roles on a specialist paediatric hospital ward and as a sports physio for youth netball and rugby teams.
She integrates evidence-based exercise therapy, strength and conditioning principles, and hands-on physiotherapy to help clients rebuild strength, mobility, and confidence. Chelsea has completed her Polestar Pilates Comprehensive training and works a split role between Complete Physio and Complete Pilates, using Pilates as one of the tools to support rehabilitation and active lifestyles.
Outside the clinic, Chelsea is a keen CrossFit enthusiast, giving her a practical understanding of strength training, performance, and injury prevention, which she brings into her physiotherapy practice every day.
