After graduating, Dai spent his early years completing NHS core rotations combined with a role as an academy physiotherapist at a Rugby League club in the Super League. Dai subsequently moved into the private sector where he has gained a wide range of experience working at prestigious London private hospitals, in corporate health, medical centres, and fitness facilities.

Dai has over 20 years’ experience in treating people from various backgrounds ranging from growing children to professional athletes. Dai focuses not only on treating the symptoms but also getting to the root cause with a holistic and individual approach to get patients back to their full function. Dai’s approach involves a mixture of functional rehabilitation, strength & conditioning, and manual therapy, using the latest evidence to empower the patient to achieve their goals.

With links to various orthopaedic and sports medicine consultants in London from previous roles working in the private and NHS sectors, Dai is well placed to be able to manage all neuromusculoskeletal health care needs for all patients.

Dai was fortunate enough to play age grade rugby at international level as a teenager and then in the national league at senior level. This coincided with sustaining several injuries resulting in various conservative and surgical interventions. The exposure to rehabilitation since his teens remains a strong interest and he still tries to maintain an active lifestyle which has provided him with vital first-hand experience of managing various types of injuries and procedures.
