Jack Roberts – Chartered Physiotherapist

Jack Roberts
Jack is a senior physiotherapist with seven years of experience, qualifying with a master’s degree in physiotherapy from the University of Brighton. Although Jack’s experience has predominantly been in the musculoskeletal field, in recent years, he has developed a keen interest in men’s health. Jack worked as a senior men’s health physiotherapist in Sydney, specialising in prostatectomy rehabilitation, helping men overcome post-operative complications through graded pelvic floor rehabilitative programmes, muscle energy techniques, and trigger point dry needling.
Whilst working in Sydney, Jack was fortunate to gain experience in trans-abdominal and trans-perineal ultrasound assessments, using them as biofeedback tools to help men properly activate their pelvic floor musculature. This reinforced his passion for evidence-based rehabilitation and enhancing patient outcomes. Before this, Jack spent three years as a First Contact Practitioner in busy GP surgeries, where he developed advanced practice skills such as independent prescribing and landmark-based injection therapy. He is eager to build on these skills at Complete Physio while expanding his expertise in musculoskeletal sonography, not only as a diagnostic tool but to also enhance injection accuracy and effectiveness.
Jack has completed extensive post-graduate training in acupuncture and dry needling, men’s health physiotherapy, ultrasound imaging, and injection therapy. His diverse skill set allows him to provide comprehensive treatment and rehabilitation for a wide range of populations, injuries, and conditions.
Outside of work, Jack enjoys staying active through triathlon training and long-distance running training. He also loves an adventure, and you’ll find him skiing in the French Alps most UK winters.
