Jack Roberts – Chartered Physiotherapist
Jack Roberts
Jack is a Senior Physiotherapist with over eight years of experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, working across orthopaedics, primary care, and elite sport. He holds a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Brighton and has built a diverse career spanning the UK and Australia.
He has worked with elite football and rugby teams, gaining extensive experience in the management of complex sporting injuries. Jack has a particular specialist interest in the sporting hip and groin, including conditions such as adductor tendinopathy, osteitis pubis, and femoroacetabular impingement. He also enjoys guiding athletes through late-stage rehabilitation, from initial recovery to safe return to play.
Jack began his career at the renowned Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital, before becoming a First Contact Practitioner in primary care, where he developed advanced practice skills including injection therapy and non-medical prescribing. He later moved to Sydney to work in a busy sports injury clinic, managing high caseloads of knee, ankle, and spinal conditions.
Alongside his MSK work, Jack developed a strong interest in Men’s Health, working with leading Physiotherapists and Urologists in Sydney. He gained specialist skills in pelvic floor ultrasound and contributed to the REPI (Return to Exercise Post-Prostatectomy) programme, helping men recover from prostate surgery with structured, measurable rehabilitation.
By blending his elite sports experience with Men’s Health expertise, Jack offers a unique approach to rehabilitation, equally capable of supporting an athlete returning to play or a man rebuilding confidence after surgery.
