Joe Hayden-Case
Chartered Physiotherapist

Joe is a highly experienced musculoskeletal physiotherapist, with many years working across private practice and pitch-side sport.

He prides himself on building strong relationships with both patients and the wider multidisciplinary team — including sports doctors and surgeons — to deliver exceptional, comprehensive care.

Joe’s deep understanding of the human body has developed through a long-standing passion for manual therapy, extensive involvement in sport, and hands-on experience treating injuries from the moment they occur through to full recovery.

Early in his career, Joe worked closely with athletic teams, swimmers, and boxers, which naturally progressed into pitch-side physiotherapy. This first-hand exposure to injury assessment, diagnosis, and acute management has given him a strong understanding of complex injuries and the rehabilitation process. Throughout his career, Joe has worked with individuals of all ages and athletic abilities, including school-level rugby, as well as touring internationally with England Lacrosse and World Table Tennis.

Joe’s approach with every patient is to look beyond initial symptoms and identify the root cause of the problem. By treating the body as an integrated system and recognising the intricate interactions that influence movement and performance, he creates personalised, goal-driven treatment plans tailored to each individual’s needs.
