My name is Michael, and I’m a 39-year-old fitness professional with more than a decade of experience in the health and fitness industry. Over the years, I’ve worked in both high-end boutique studios and large commercial gyms, including serving as a General Manager.
As a personal trainer, I’ve guided countless clients toward their health and wellness goals, and I collaborate closely with the skilled physiotherapists at Complete to ensure smooth, effective rehabilitation for those recovering from injury.
My coaching philosophy takes a foundation-first approach: building strength, mobility, and healthy habits from the ground up. I believe in meeting clients where they are—not where I think they should be—so progress is both sustainable and adaptable to their lifestyle. By focusing on care before performance, I help create the long-term changes necessary for lasting results.
