Tash graduated from Brighton University with a 1st in Physiotherapy. Since graduation, she has specialised in MSK (musculoskeletal) conditions and orthopaedics. Her comprehensive experience of treating NHS and private patients, as well as competitive athletes over many years has allowed her to develop the skills to treat a diverse range of MSK and orthopaedic conditions. She has developed particular expertise in rehabilitating patients following ACL reconstruction, hip/knee/upper limb arthroscopies, joint replacements, and sports injuries, as well as return to running and tendon management programmes. She has additional experience in treating the younger athlete, rehabilitating sports injuries in the paediatric population, aged 12 years and older.

Tash has previously worked in hospitals as well as private clinics, in semi-professional rugby as lead physio, and is part of the medical classifier team for British Cycling. She always takes a holistic approach when assessing her patients, and uses treatments which are evidence based, including active rehabilitation, using her knowledge in biomechanics and strength and conditioning to retrain movement patterns and improve function. Her enthusiasm and dedication enhance her ability in working with patients to reach their goals and full potential.

She has a special interest in gait analysis and return to running, as well as improving running performance during or after injury. She understands the importance of educating her patients to facilitate the successful management of their injury. Treatments she may use include exercise therapy, Pilates, manual therapy, soft tissue mobilisation, taping, and shockwave therapy.

Tash believes it is crucial for the patient to be involved in all decisions being made during their recovery, as well as staying in contact with the multidisciplinary team, ensuring everyone is part of the journey. Therefore, she has developed great relationships with leading consultants, local GPs and the wider team to ensure good communication and excellent patient-centred care.

On a personal level, Tash has played Premier League hockey, tennis to a high level, and is a keen runner herself so she understands the injury process and what it takes to get back to your highest level.
