QUALIFICATIONS: BSc Physiotherapy, MSc Sports Physiotherapy, CSP & HCPC registered
Simon is an Australian trained sports physiotherapist, having completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy with Honours at the University of Sydney, and his Master of Sports Physiotherapy at La Trobe University in Melbourne. Simon has spent the past 8 years of his career splitting his time between private clinical work (where he sees people of all shapes and sizes, from all walks of life, to help them navigate their injuries and achieve their goals), and high-level sport (including football, Australian rules football, and, most recently, the Sydney Kings in the NBL, Australia’s professional basketball league). Simon also enjoys working with younger athletes, having worked with a number of secondary schools and junior sports academy programmes
Simon believes in a patient centred approach to musculoskeletal health care. He believes in empowering you, and helping you develop the tools you need to optimise performance, manage injuries, decrease future injury risk, and ensure that you can meet your goals and enjoy long term success! Beyond his clinical role, Simon is a keen educator. He has spent a number of years in Australia lecturing on the topic of sports physiotherapy to qualified physiotherapists. Alongside his clinical role at Complete, Simon is employed in an educational role with physios in the NHS to help upskill their musculoskeletal diagnosis and management planning.
As a UK citizen through birth, Simon and his wife are loving their big move from Sydney to London. When he is not helping you along your health and rehabilitation journey, you’ll find Simon travelling Europe, in the gym and the pool, or spending quality time with his wife, friends and family!
