We understand and have helped lots of men just like you
Our experienced team of clinician’s believe all men should receive specialist care for their pelvic health to ensure quality of life now, and in the future. Male specific concerns can arise in youth, present during sporting activity or in older age but are also very common following surgery. Unfortunately, we know that men’s health is often overlooked. This is partly due to reduced awareness in the media but also due to the stigma surrounding these injuries. However, we also know that you do not have to live with a lot of the problems and pain!
We want to help you understand that men’s health physio can be for anything, is not just for older men and can include:

- Testicular pain

Your treatment with us will include:
- Full assessment of your problem as well as you as a whole. If appropriate, and with consent, this can also include an internal examination.

Men’s Health Service Lead & Clinical Specialist Jack Roberts
Jack is a Senior Physiotherapist specialising in Men’s Health, with a particular focus on pelvic floor rehabilitation and post-prostatectomy recovery. He qualified with a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Brighton and has worked internationally alongside some of the most renown clinicians within this field.
During two years in Sydney, Jack worked closely with some of the world’s leading Men’s Health Physiotherapists and Urologists, where he gained extensive experience treating conditions such as pre- and post-prostatectomy recovery, persistent pelvic pain, erectile dysfunction (ED), hard-flaccid syndrome, pudendal neuralgia, prostatitis, Peyronie’s disease, and osteitis pubis. While there, he helped design and implement the REPI (Return to Exercise Post-Prostatectomy) programme, a structured rehabilitation pathway involving fitness testing and mapping patient outcomes against normative data. This innovative approach enabled highly personalised rehab and measurable improvements in patient recovery after surgery.
Jack is skilled in trans-abdominal and trans-perineal ultrasound, using ultrasound as a biofeedback tool to assess and retrain pelvic floor muscle activation. This specialist technique helps men overcome post-operative complications such as urinary incontinence and erectile dysfunction, supporting both physical recovery and quality of life.
In addition to Men’s Health, Jack has worked extensively in the musculoskeletal field, including with elite football and rugby teams. He has a particular interest in sporting hip and groin injuries, combining his MSK background with his Men’s Health expertise to deliver holistic, evidence-based rehab tailored to each patient’s goals.
