Francesco is a Clinical Specialist with over 15 years’ experience in musculoskeletal practice, combining the skill sets of physiotherapy and osteopathy. His work focuses on the assessment and management of complex musculoskeletal injuries, with particular expertise in sports injuries, spinal pain and tendon disorders in both active individuals and athletes.

Originally trained as a physiotherapist in Italy, Francesco later completed a Master’s degree in Osteopathy and has developed an integrated clinical approach combining hands-on treatment with progressive rehabilitation tailored to each patient’s goals, lifestyle and sporting demands.

Francesco has a strong interest in musculoskeletal diagnostics and holds postgraduate qualifications in MSK ultrasound. He routinely integrates diagnostic ultrasound within his clinical assessments to support diagnosis and guide clinical decision-making.

He has undertaken advanced training in biomechanics at the Gray Institute in the United States, where he achieved the distinction of Fellow of Applied Functional Science (FAFS). This training allows him to design highly individualised rehabilitation programmes that integrate functional movement patterns and sport-specific loading to optimise recovery and performance.

Alongside his clinical practice, Francesco is actively involved in education and professional development. He teaches postgraduate courses in biomechanics and musculoskeletal practice and previously served as Lead Lecturer in Clinical Neuroscience at the University College of Osteopathy.
