LAURA MARCHESINI – Rehabilitation Assistant and Strength & Conditioning Coach
Laura Marchesini
Laura is a Personal Trainer with over a decade of experience in the field. She began her professional journey in Italy, where she earned a BSc in Sport Science followed by an MSc specialising in Injury Prevention.
After moving to London, Laura developed a strong interest in deepening her clinical expertise. This led her to pursue further studies in Osteopathy, and she is currently in her fourth year of a five-year Master’s degree at Health Sciences University (HSU).
Laura views movement as a lifelong investment. She believes that mobility and strength training should be enjoyable and sustainable, rather than intimidating or burdensome. Her approach focuses on making technical precision accessible and engaging, helping clients build confidence in how they move.
Whether supporting someone through injury recovery or helping them maintain the physical freedom to enjoy their favourite activities, Laura’s goal is to help each individual feel capable, resilient, and in control of their body.
Her perspective is shaped not only by her academic background but also by her experience as a competitive mid-distance runner, giving her a practical understanding of managing physical load effectively.
Laura is committed to providing clear, supportive guidance so that every person she works with feels confident in their progress and equipped to achieve their personal goals for the long term.
