Serena Sharman – Soft Tissue Therapist

Serena Sharman

Serena holds a Level 5 qualification in Sports Massage and Remedial Soft Tissue Therapy from the North London School of Sports Massage and is a member of the Sports Massage Association (SMA). This affiliation ensures that she adheres to the highest standards of practice while continually developing her expertise within the industry.

Her approach to soft tissue therapy is centred on working collaboratively with each client. Drawing on her knowledge of human anatomy and movement allows Serena to understand her client’s specific goals and develop effective personalised treatment plans. She utilises a wide range of therapeutic techniques to enhance performance, manage and prevent injuries, improve mood and alleviate stress.

Serena has a special interest in healthcare and performance within performing arts, currently working with West End performers and students at the Royal Ballet School. Additionally, she has experience working alongside professional athletes and at large-scale sports events.

To further her expertise in bodywork and healthcare, Serena is currently studying Osteopathy at the British College of Osteopathy.
