Sophie Ellse

For the past six and a half years, Sophie has worked extensively in physiotherapy, now specialising in Pelvic and Women’s Health.
Sophie utilises only the most up to date and recognised evidence within her practice in order to provide tailored diagnosis and treatment to each of her patients.

Sophie has the knowledge and understanding to treat women of all ages, with a particular expertise and interest in helping women to return to sport and exercise. She is also a registered Mummy MOT practitioner, allowing her to provide a comprehensive and specialist postnatal assessment following both vaginal and caesarean deliveries. She focuses on providing guidance and support for women, allowing them to return to their daily activities and exercise after having a baby.

Sophie has four years’ experience working at Guy’s and St Thomas’, and is currently working within the specialist urogynaecology service at King’s College Hospital. She now divides her time between working as a core member of their industry leading women’s health department and our practice in Chelsea.
